Damaged Goods:

- Inspect your parcel BEFORE signing for delivery. In the event that the item is damaged, refuse delivery and lodge a claim with the courier and notify us by phone or email.
- By signing for delivery, you are assume responsibility for damage. PLEASE CHECK your parcel.

Faulty or inaccurate items:

- If your goods are not as were described, or faulty in anyway please contact us within 48 hours, so that we can put it right.
