Customer satisfaction is always our priority concern!
 
If you receive any faulty or damaged product by accident, please email us within 3 days after receiving the goods, we will replace it or refund you your money back upon return.
 
For necklaces and rings, if you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your item for a full refund (excluding shipping charges). No questions asked! The item must be unworn or only tried. Contact must be made in 3 days after receiving the necklace or ring.
 
For Rings, Glitters is happy to exchange the rings if the size 'doesn't fit', if we have the same ring in the requested size as per any size options on the listing, in stock, at the time we receive the return. The customer will be responsible for all courier charges. Contact must be made in 3 days after receiving the ring.
 
Please Note:
  • For health and hygiene reasons, BODY JEWELLERY and EARRINGS cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange. We sincerely apologise for this but hope that you understand.
  • Personalized Jewellery cannot be exchanged and refunded.
  • We will not accept any goods that have been engraved, or altered.
  • We do not accept returns due to normal wear and tear on used items.
  • We don't warrant against item damage caused by accident or abuse.
  • All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
  • Refund will be processed by same payment method within 3 days of receipt. We will email confirmation promptly, once your return has been processed.
