120 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied for any reason products may be returned within 120 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange (provided the product is undamaged). Return documentation should clearly specify credit or exchange.
Returned items must be in the original packaging.
All returns must include a return authorization (RA) number that can be obtained by contacting Grainger’s Customer Service Department via the Trade Me website. Our customer service hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Central Standard Time (USA).
Include a copy of the original order confirmation or packing slip with your RA paperwork as proof of purchase.
Returns received at Grainger without a RA number may be assessed a 15% restocking (processing) fee that will be deducted from any credit due.
