Returns
If you bought the wrong product we can swap it to the right one, as long as you send them back to us at your cost. If the right ones cost more you will only need to pay for the difference and if the right ones cost less we will refund the difference to you.
All lights will be bench tested before packing to make sure you receive a good working one, but if the product you receive isn’t what you bought or the product you receive is faulty or not working, we will replace them for you free of charge if you let us know within 5 working days. Refund can also be provided but not if you simply changed your mind.
Products returned must be clean, undamaged and good condition for refund.
Products sold at special or promotion price won’t be offered to refund but can be returned for store credit.
