Returns
Returns Policy Hakon NZ LTD Credit & Return Policy Goods cannot be returned without obtaining prior approval, and a 10% restocking fee will be applied. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the original invoice, unless approved beforehand. Returns approved after 30 days will incur a 25% restocking fee. All returns must be sent to the designated warehouse specified during approval and must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and a valid explanation for the return. Goods that have been damaged or installed cannot be returned and no credits will be issued. These items will be returned to the customer at their expense. A further 10% fee will be charged for returns with damaged packaging. Special order items are not eligible for return or credit. For warranty returns, please refer to our Warranty Policy. Any changes to this policy will be at the discretion of the National Sales & Operations Manager.
