Returns

 
We realise that sometimes an item might not fit or be right for you, so we're here to help you choose that right size or get you slipped into another item as easily as possible. Hey Sara Fashion accepts returns for exchange, whether for another size, colour or style. With plenty of items to choose from, we will do our best to assist you.
  • Please note that any returns must be returned to us no later than 30 days from when they were delivered to you.
  • Any returns must not have been worn (other than to try the item on), stained, perfumed or washed.
  • Any returns must include the original packaging, with tickets and labels attached.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, the following items may not be returned, swimwear, hair accessories, makeup and cosmetics, hats and earrings.
  • Returns must include our completed return form or a copy of the paperwork you received with the original order for us to easily process and identify the return.
