Returns
Any rights you have under this policy in relation to your HTDirect product are additional to any rights you may have under consumer laws.
If you believe an item is missing from your order please advise in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods. HTDirect has strict order checking procedures utilising a three step process with both technological and human systems to minimise errors.
If you believe that you have a warranty issue, please message us asap and please include images and full description of the issue you are having with your item.
Our technician will review and correspond with you. If the item needs to be returned to our warehouse, the item will need a Return Authority Code, returns will not be accepted by the warehouse without the code.
Items need to be sent standard post with tracking. We will not be held responsible for items sent without tracking that are lost in transit, if the item is of high value postage insurance is advised.
If the item is deemed warrantable by our technician (or the manufacturer) you will be refunded for the return postage and in full for the item via the payment method used to purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for this to occur.
Please note if there is an issue with a Saito Engine then it must be shipped to Japan for Warranty Inspection.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or change of circumstances.
