Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will make every attempt to resolve the issue.
We will gladly accept back any unused product in its original packing within 14 days of you receiving your product. You will need to inform us of any damage/ defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement or a Refund.
Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of the product by us at our New Zealand Address, provided goods are received in acceptable condition, as dispatched from our warehouse.
Return shipping charges would not be refundable by IBA Crafts as all the return charges would be bear buy buyer itself.
