Returns, Refund & Exchanges
The goods must be returned in original packaging materials, cartons and boxes unless specifically advised, and complete with all parts and accessories, under resalable brand new condition, and in original layout. We reserve the rights to reject returned items, which do not meet our return requirements.
For faulty returns, please contact us as soon or within 12 hours. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged.
Unless goods are returned due to incorrect description or faulty or defective on arrival, goods must be returned at buyer's expense. (within 7 days upon delivery),
For a full refund, goods must be returned in a re-saleable state as received. Please note we will not refund for damage caused directly or indirectly after receipt by the original buyer. Shipping will not be refunded. Any cost of returned of goods will be borne by the original buyer.
Damaged Items and Claims
You are advised to inspect each product package upon arrival of goods (although the package looks alright). If the products are damage, please contact us within 12 hours. There is a form to be filled which we will email it to you and return it back to us with a photo of damaged items. Please take note that products that have scratches, stains, damages, drilling or any other modifications will not be returnable
Refund process
Please contact our customer service Team to get a return authorisation. We will dispatch a carrier to pick up your goods and ship it back to our store. We will inspect the returned item within 72 hours of receiving it to ensure it is in like new condition. We will then process your request and issue a credit via the same payment method you used for purchase.
