We aim to make sure you’re happy with your deliveries, but acknowledge that sometimes things go wrong.
Industrial Air Systems will accept returns only where prior arrangements have been made by email or freephone 0800-555-018, and only to the agreed delivery address.
Industrial Air Systems does not accept returns or refunds if you change your mind, so please make sure the product meets your requirements (according to our specifications published on Trade Me) before you buy.
