We do not have to refund so please choose carefully. But we will refund you in full (including shipping) upon your request in below circumstances:

1. We have made significant and substantial error(s) in description or image (s)
2. After payment is cleared and all necessary information is provided, we fail to dispatch order within 10 working days or within the dispatch time frame stated in sales, whichever is longer.
3. The product is illegal or forbidden by law to sell in New Zealand
4. Other situations that the consumer guarantee act and/or the fair trading act require that we shall provide a full refund.

Product must be returned with all accessories, package, tags and manuals in a clean and tidy condition before refund can be issued. All returns must obtain a consent from us first, otherwise your refund request may be declined.
