What if I change my mind?
 
Should you change your mind or the product does not suit your particular purpose, you can return your purchase for a refund or exchange within 7 days. Please ensure that the item you purchased from us is in its original packaging and condition. The freight costs to us will be your responsibility.
 
To initiate a return, please contact one of our customer support team members and they will send you a Product Return form.
 
What is the best way for me to return the order to you? Returns can be mailed from any Post Office in your area. It is critical that the packaging used to safeguard the item is sturdy enough to ensure that it arrives in original condition. All returns involving a "Change of Mind" must be paid for by the returnee, and postage will not be repaid. We recommend that you get and save proof of postage so that you can monitor your return.
 
If I change my mind, would you reimburse my shipping fee? Unless the order was faulty or inaccurate, we'll refund the amount you paid for your product(s) but not the delivery fee.
