Returns
We will not offer a refund or exchange if :
- You simply 'change your mind'
- Item was 'not what you expected it to be' or 'not what you imagined it to be'
- you have chosen your products incorrectly.
- you have fitted tyres on the wheel / have been used tyres.
- If you had used / damaged items after purchase.

Goods (including packaging) must be returned in a saleable condition and with a copy of the invoice.
Claims for incorrect goods must be lodged within 48 hours of receipt of the consignment always quoting the delivery document number and
date.

No deduction or set off may be made for returned goods without the written authorization of JDM Parts NZ.
Returned goods will not be accepted after 7 days from date of delivery.
A handling charge on returned goods will be charged.
No returned goods will be accepted where they have been fitted or used or are in a soiled condition (including packaging).
JDM Parts NZ has no liability for goods that have been incorrectly ordered.
The Buyer is responsible to ensure that the goods are correct and suitable prior to fitting.
Customers are required to ship the product back to us for any Return's (at customer's cost)
Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment, eg to the credit card you used to make the purchase.
