If you receive your order and for some reason you decide it’s just not what you wanted, it’s too big, too small, too ugly, too gorgeous, wrong colour, or you’ve just had a lapse into insanity and decided that you no longer passionately love Lego... we’ll take it back. We are not going to see you unhappy with your purchase. We are not going to see an unloved piece of Lego sitting at the back of a closet crying night after night because it’s lonely and unwanted. No way! Email us - we’ll sort it out. So long as it’s in the same condition as we sent it to you, we’ll take it back (your cost to return it) and refund you the purchase price happily. We’re so confident that our products are awesome that we are happy to have the chance to pass them on to someone who will truly appreciate their beauty and craftsmanship. Obviously this may not be the case if you’ve had it seven years and your child has grown out of it and you suddenly decide you don’t want it... but then again - the way many Lego sets increase in value over time, it could work in our favour to pay you the purchase price back - so contact us anyway, you could be in luck!
