Returns

 
We will fulfil all of our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. We are also human, we do make mistakes (very rarely) but  it is not unknown for the wrong item to be shipped in error. If so tell us so we can fix.
 
All sales are final unless items are found to be damaged or defective. So i.e. you can’t return it for a refund just because you don’t like it!
 
Items with manufacturers’ defects must be reported to us. We will repair or replace or refund the product after discussions.
 
No refund or replacement will be given until we have received the returned merchandise. Merchandise must be returned with all original contents, accompanied with invoice and return form.
 
Returned items with signs of physical damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or tampering, tested not faulty, will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.
 
Items intended as gifts or otherwise should be inspected for physical damage as such claims beyond the DOA period will be rejected.
