Product Returns
Our return policy is designed to accommodate your needs:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from the initial purchase date.
- Items must be in new and saleable condition, with original packaging, labels, tags and all accessories intact.
- Product packaging should be securely wrapped or protected during shipping to prevent damage.
- Items must be undamaged and unused.
- Return freight must be prepaid, and we recommend using a courier service with signature delivery.
- Kindly be aware that shipping cost is non-refundable, and a restocking fee of 15% will apply unless the products are found to be faulty.

Faulty Products
Note that proper installation of motorcycle parts is crucial and should be done by a trained professional. Incorrect installation or using a product for diagnostic purposes is not considered a product fault.
When claiming a product as faulty, provide us with detailed information before returning it. We reserve the right to charge for inspecting products believed to be faulty.
Delivery Errors or Non-Delivery
Customers are responsible for checking deliveries promptly. Any discrepancies such as short shipments, mispacks, damage, or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 5 days of receiving the goods. Non-delivery claims must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
