In the very unlikely event of damaged or faulty goods returns must be made within 7 days. K Power Tools supply a repair, replace or refund your item (at our discretion).
Please note that we will not, as a standard matter of course, offer a refund or exchange if you have changed your mind or chosen incorrectly.
Please make sure the auction you have purchased is what you want prior to purchasing, read all relevant information on products and warranties, returns must be made within 7 days and the product is sent back to us at the "Buyers Expense". If in Doubt, please ask.
