Returns
Exchange & Refund Policies
- If you wish to return an item for an exchange or refund, you must notify Kitchen Essential in writing within 7-days of receiving the goods. All items must be pre-arranged with your account manager. Any returns which have not been pre-arranged will not be accepted.
- Please choose carefully, some items are not able to be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- All item/s must be unused and in their original packaging. Any used items will not be eligible for an exchange or refund
- Any Items purchased from Kitchen Essential’s Clearance Sales, Showroom Stock or Special Orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
- A re-stocking fee may apply to cover the cost of handling and other costs (Refer to the table below.).

- Incorrectly supplied items – If we have accidentally supplied the wrong product to you, we will supply the correct product (where it is available). Please notify Kitchen Essential within 7 days of deliver by contacting your account manager for more options.
- If you, the customer orders incorrectly, you must arrange the return at your own cost. Kitchen Essential takes no responsibility for any item damaged or lost in transit during return for an exchange or refund. If it is a Kitchen Essential error, we will arrange the return at our cost.
- Kitchen Essential return paperwork must accompany any items being returned.
- For any warranty returns and/or exchanges, please refer to our service and warranty policy.
Kitchen Essentials isn’t liable for any loss to any business due to the damage of any product it supplies.
