Returns
All returns will need a return merchandise authorization (RMA) request. Before returning any item, you must contact our customer support for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Invoices number and auction number must be provided as proof of purchase. Photos or other forms of evidence may also be requested from the Buyer. Any returns without RMA will not be accepted.
If any shipping damage or malfunction occurs, the buyer must report it to us via email within 3 days after receiving the item, and item(s) must be returned back by trackable delivery within 7 days. We reserve the right to reject claims that are made after this time frame.
Item(s) must be returned with all accessories including their original packing materials, cartons and boxes.
We will replace or repair when possible, and refunds will only be provided if replacement or repair is not possible. The original delivery fee is not refundable. Refunds will not be considered, if the buyer simply changes his mind or if the item is not “what you expected.''
It is the buyer's responsibility and expense to return any faulty or damaged products to us. We are responsible for sending the repaired or replacement items back to the buyer, unless the returned item has been tested and found to be not faulty or in a different condition than the buyer reported. In this case, the buyer will need to pay the return postage and the item(s) will be returned at the buyer's expense.
Conditions for free replacement of clothing products:
The sizes of overseas clothing, S, M, L, etc., may be slightly different from New Zealand. Please check the actual size of the clothing when purchasing. However, you can choose your size with confidence, if your size is not suitable, we will send you another one for free.
Conditions:
1. Exceptions: Underwear, swimwear, lingerie and any flash sale clothes are exclusions to the free replacement. These items cannot be returned due to clothing size. Note - this does not impact your rights where a product may be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied as described.
2. The size you apply to replace cannot be larger than our largest size, or the size you apply to replace cannot be smaller than our smallest size.
3. The request to change the size must be applied within three days after receiving the goods, and the item(s) must be sent to our Auckland office within 7 days after application is proved at your cost.
