Returns & Exchanges Policy
We will replace or exchange if the item is found to be defective, or to have been incorrectly described in the listing.
If unable to replace goods in time we will refund the purchase.
Change of Mind
Any rights you have under this policy in relation to your KSpace product are additional to any rights you may have under consumer laws.
We understand that building or renovating a kitchen can involve many uncertainties, complexities, and that additional constraints may surface midway. So, we offer 14 days for the buyer to have the option to have our product refunded or exchanged, if it be returned in the original state upon delivery: which, in the regular case, packaged and sealed. A handling fee may apply. Shipping costs will not be refunded in this context.
Warranty
All items come with a 30 day warranty. Please note that this warranty does not cover wear and tear to the product.
