In the unlikely event that the product you receive is not as described or has arrived damaged or faulty, we will discuss with you your preferred solution. This may involve a refund or exchange of items. In this scenario we will cover return postage to us if required.
If you have simply decided that you no longer want your purchase, any item can be returned for a full refund within 28 days of purchase, as long as it is unopened and in the original packaging. Return shipping in this case is at your own expense.
