Warranty and Returns
Most of our products come with a standard 1-year warranty, excluding items priced below $50.
We want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If the return is due to our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, we'll also cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds are usually processed within 2–3 days from the date you send your return. This includes the time for the item to reach us, for us to process your return, and for your bank to complete the refund.
If you need to return an item, simply contact us with your order number and the product details. Our team will get back to you as quickly as possible with easy return instructions.
