MAD Electronics Australia is proud to offer quality product that is built to last. All products that we are selling on TradeMe come with 1 year warranty.
Change of Mind Returns Policy
Any rights you have under this policy in relation to your product are additional to any rights you may have under consumer laws.
If you change your mind about your online purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund to the value of the purchased goods. This applies to full price, sale and clearance items.
Goods purchased online must be returned in unused condition, in original packaging (with tags attached) with proof of purchase within 60 days of the purchase date. You will need to return the product to us by post.
Returns Process
Please contact TradeMe directly for returns address.
We will provide a refund for a product purchased online in the same form as your original payment. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your refund. Processing times may take longer during sale periods. We do not cover the cost of delivery back to their warehouse. We will not refund the original delivery charges for a change-of-mind return. It is your responsibility to return the item to us in a safe way. We are not responsible for items being returned to us which are lost or damaged in transit.
