Your purchase is covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Goods are not returnable because you have changed your mind. It is up to store decision if a refund or credit is to be provided in this instance.
If there are any manufacturer faults or defects, please notify the store as soon as possible so a warranty claim procedure can be done.
It is the customer’s responsibility to return the goods to the store purchased from. If there is a warranty issue, the freight charge will be refunded once the goods are received by the store.
