Returns
At Makiri we are happy to exchange any unused item in it's original
packaging. The returns must be made within seven days of purchasing, and
accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
With regrets, we cannot accept goods that have:
- Been used
- Damaged.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but will happily offer an
exchange within seven days of purchasing.
For exchanges, please email us, outlining the
reason for the exchange, and the new bag choice.
When sending please include, your name, order number, contact phone
number and your instructions.
