We will be glad to exchange undamaged and unused items with no restocking fee within 14 days from the date of sale.
For item exchanges, credits or refunds: Moto1 must wait until the original item has been returned to ship your product. If item is to be returned for a credit or refund, the item must be sent back and checked for condition before a credit or refund is issued.
Credit card refunds are credited back to the card used for the original purchase.
All goods must be returned in original condition by nzpost or courier with a tracking number.
