Returns
We support and abide by The Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) of New Zealand.
MYDFX offers a 14 day return on all our products – so if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, talk to us first and if the goods are unopened and in their original conditioner we will accept back for a full refund. The customer pays for return shipping in advance or we will deduct the cost of the return shipping from the refund.
Refund Payment
We will only refund via the same payment source as the original order.
Refund Process Time.
Refunds are process within 48 ours of the return being accepted back into our warehouse.
If your item is faulty.
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect, please contact our Customer Service team, so they can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible. Please note that we'll need a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process for you.
