Returns
As a general rule we do not refund purchases unless required by law. We can offer store credit or swap for another item(s) of the same value as long as the item(s) is returned as new with original packaging and within 10 working days (excluding $1.00 reserve or clearance items). Any warranty or faulty goods will be sorted by us a soon as possible once we receive the goods back, or are made aware of any issues. We are a fair minded company – any problems just let us know and we will do our best to sort out.
