What’s your refund/exchange policy?

Our refund policy for purchases made online (sight unseen) is as follows;

You have 7 days on receipt of the products, If you change your mind or if you made a mistake when ordering from the online site. We will happily refund your purchase less the courier fee on return of the product in a resalable condition i.e. undamaged and unopened

We are happy to exchange your goods within 28 days providing the goods are in re-saleable condition.

If the item returned is faulty, Nature Discoveries will meet their obligation to provide a remedy under The Consumer Guarantees Act.

Where can I exchange an item?

 

Providing the goods are in re-saleable condition you can either return an item for exchange at our store or if purchased online you may email us to obtain a “return authorization”
