If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or provide you with store credit/ refund.
Return shipping is customers responsibility & Cost. Returns are ONLY accepted within 7 days of receiving the item.
The item has to be provided in the same condition it was in when purchased i.e. Brand New/ package to resell. You may not return: sale items, or any items marked, stained, used or torn in any way.
Once your return is processed, you will receive an email stating that you have store credit and or your refund has been processed.
Refund Option A:
Bank Transfer refund – A 10% of purchase price is charged and deducted on refund as handling / Initially shipping and restock fee.
Refund Option B:
Store Credit – will retain 100% of purchase price
