Returns
We will be glad to exchange undamaged and unused items with no restocking fee within 14 days from the date of sale.
For item exchanges, credits, or refunds: NMC Online must wait until the original item has been returned to ship your product. If item is to be returned for a credit or refund, the item must be sent back and checked for condition before a credit or refund is issued.
Credit card refunds are credited back to the original card used for the purchase.
All goods must be returned in original condition by a registered courier with a tracking number.
