Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a straightforward returns policy.
  • 14-Day Returns: If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Products must be in original, unused condition with packaging (no address labels on packaging). We will charge 10% re-stocking fee in "Change of Mind" return cases.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
  • For Defective or Damaged Items: Buyer must share photographic or video evidence to support their claim before we can assess the situation and offer applicable solutions in compliance with NZ trading laws.
Return Process:
  1. Contact Us: For all returns, please email us with your order number and details.
  2. Return Shipping: Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  3. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is returned and inspected.
Important Notes:
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Returns outside of the 14-day period may require a warranty claim.
