Change of Mind Policy.
We strongly encourage you to buy the correct product to start with. EV Owners, in particular, often buy the wrong products. Type 1 is for Japanese used cars. Type 2 is for “New Zealand new” cars in general. If you are not sure, please call us.
You have all rights, as legislated for in New Zealand consumer Law.
Returns

The item must have a note with the return reason and preferably a copy of the TradeMe sale.
Please use a courier service, do not return to our PO Box, we will not refund original delivery chargers for a change of mind purchase. It is your responsibility to return the item to us in a safe way. We are not responsible for items being returned to us which are damaged in transit to us or lost in transit.
