Returns
If you have purchased a faulty item we will remedy or replace the item free of charge. We must be notified with 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
'Change of mind' returns will incur a pick-up and restocking fee, which is calculated according to item weight.
Items can be picked up but this this is dependent on where you are based in the country and what you have ordered. Please contact us to enquire.
