Returns
In case the purchased item is received faulty or does not work as intended, OffTheBack will arrange for the repair or replacement of the item. All costs, including the return of the item, are covered by us.
In case you have changed your mind regarding the purchase, we accept returns within fourteen (14) days. The buyer covers the shipping cost of the return and the item should be unopened, unused, and brand new condition.
