Returns


We will ensure that our obligations under the Commerce Commission NZ Fair Trading Act 2013 are met. If a product develops a fault within its warranty period, we will arrange to have it repaired or replaced. The part will not be refunded.
 
The cost of returning the faulty item to us is to be paid by the customer. We will cover the delivery costs to return the item to the customer if the part has been found to be faulty.
 
Please note that we will not, as a standard matter of course, offer a refund if you have changed your mind or chosen incorrectly. Please ensure that you select your products carefully and that they are compatible with your requirements before buying. In certain circumstances, returns will be accepted and a store credit will be issued.
 
1-year warranty on all goods under normal usage and used for the purpose they are designed for.
 
We are not liable or responsible for any cost or charges by automotive repairers associated with part/s purchased from our company.
 
We have no liability for wrongly diagnosed faults or damage caused to the vehicle and or the part/s due to incorrect installation or misuse of the product.
 
Warranty will be void if the product has been modified in any way and or wires shortened or cut off.
 
This warranty policy is in accordance with the automotive industry and the Commerce Commission NZ Fair Trading Act 2013.
