Returns
If an item is required to be shipped back to PC Traders under warranty you will need to contact us on (09) 215 9892 or via email to obtain an “RA” Number, Or Return of Asset number.
PC Traders will not accept any returns without being contacted first and an RA Number provided.
We at PC Traders will carry out any repairs in a quick and efficient time frame; our RA Turnaround time is typically the same day from receiving an item into our warehouse,
unless otherwise stated to you or if additional parts are required to effect the repair.
Once repairs are completed PC Traders will then courier the item back to you, our customer, using our standard courier service through PBT Couriers.

CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
If you receive an item and change your mind about your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of ordering (in the same condition it was purchased in) for a refund or alternative product.
However, please note, returns for reasons other than a fault or damage will incur a 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
No refund for the to or from freight will be provided. PC Traders reserves the right to not refund items, where damage or misuse is evident.
