Any order that must be returned to us for any reason should arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of the order being placed. Any returns after that date will not be refunded.
Please ensure that all returns include the original packing slip and the reason for the return.
All returns must be received in original condition. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns and this fee maybe increased if the item is not received in original condition.
