Returns
Product can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from purchase. Any returned product must be in the same condition been received and in the original package.
If you receive a refund. You cannot return a Trade Me purchase to a PHONEXPERT store. Goods purchased online must be returned in unused condition, in original packaging (with tags attached) with proof of purchase within 30 days of the purchase date. You will need to return the product to us by post.

We will provide a refund for a product purchased online in the same form as your original payment. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your refund. Processing times may take longer during sale periods. We do not cover the cost of delivery back to our warehouse. We will not refund the original delivery charges for a change-of-mind return. It is your responsibility to return the item to us in a safe way. We are not responsible for items being returned to us which are lost or damaged in transit.
