Returns
The Plumbing World Trade Me Store abides by the Fair Trading Act 1986 and Consumers Guarantees Act 1993. If you find anything to your dissatisfaction please contact us
Cancelling your order
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel before your order is dispatched you will receive a full refund. However, if the goods have already been sent, the delivery fee will be incurred and a refund of the product only will be processed.
Returning Goods
Plumbing World will accept returns within 30 days where the goods are in their original, saleable condition including original packaging. It is your responsibility to return the goods and the purchase receipts either via tracked courier to our warehouse or to your nearest Plumbing World store. Refunds will be for product only, no refund of delivery fees is payable. Re-stocking fee may apply.
Exchanging Goods
Plumbing World will accept returns within 30 days where the goods are in their original, saleable condition including original packaging. A new order will be created and charged.
Damaged Goods
If the product(s) have arrived damaged, we will ensure your receive a replacement. Contact info@plumbingworld.co.nz within 12 hours of receiving consignment in order to receive a complimentary pickup of faulty/damage goods, include relevant details such as order number, proof of damage, pickup address and available times. Requests for complementary pickups outside of this 12 hour window will be authorised on a case by case basis. Alternatively, return faulty/damage goods to your nearest Plumbing World store. Once we are notified it will take up to 5 working days to send you the correct goods.
Dispatch Error
If we have sent you an incorrect product, we will endeavour to correct this error. Contact us within 12 hours of receiving consignment in order to receive a complimentary pickup of incorrect goods, include relevant details such as order number, proof of supply/dispatch error, pickup address and available times. Requests for complementary pickups outside of this 12 hour window will be authorised on a case by case basis. Alternatively, return incorrect goods to your nearest Plumbing World store. Once we are notified it will take up to 5 working days to send you the correct goods.
