1. Non-Returnable by Design
As these light trailer guards are custom-made to your exact specification, we are unable to accept returns for change-of-mind reasons once production has begun.
 
2. Your Rights Under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA)
However, your legal rights under NewZealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act remain intact. If the guards, you receive:
  • Are faulty,
  • Fail to meet the agreed description,
  • Are unsafe,
  • you are entitled to request a remedy—repair, replacement, or refund
3. Nature of the Fault Determines the Remedy
  • For a minor fault, we have the option to repair, replace, or refund.
  • For a major fault, you get to choose between a replacement or a refund.
  • If you believe your guards have a fault or do not meet the requirements above, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. This allows us to promptly assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy.
 
4. How to Proceed If There’s an Issue
To raise a concern:
  1. Contact us promptly with:
    • Order number and delivery date
    • Photos of the issue (if applicable)
    • A brief description of the problem
  2. We will assess your claim within a reasonable timeframe and advise on the appropriate remedy—repair, replacement, or refund.
