Returns of procured and electrical goods are strictly non-returnable.
All goods accepted for return are subject to a 20% restocking/handling charge that will be deducted from your refund.
Returns will not be accepted after 7 days from date of purchase nor unless the packaging slip number is quoted nor unless the packaging is damaged.
Any freight charges are non-refundable.
