Return & Refund
 
We have a 7-day return & refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to contact us to request a return or refund.
 
We do not refund if the customer purchased incorrect size or changed their mind, however, we highly considered exchange to the correct size, if the product is available; or exchange to other products if the sizes are not available.
 
The customer will be liable for the postage(s) for returning the product(s) and sending out the replacement product(s).
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging where applicable. You’ll also need the invoice or proof of purchase.
 
To start a return or related inquires; you can contact us to check if your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
 
Damages and Issues
 
Please inspect your order upon received and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 
However, we checked every single product’s quality control and functionality (if applicable) before we packed the products to send.
 
Damages or Lost in Returning Transit
 
We are not liable for any damages or missing parcel occurred during the returning postal transit until the return is delivered back to our workshop and in its’ original conditions.
 
We do not refund or replace tempered damages.
 
Restocking Fee
 
If the Return & Refund is accepted, a refund will be processed, please note that a 20% Restocking Fee applies to the refund products’ price.
 
We will refund via Internet Banking Direct Credit to your nominated bank account and notify you.
 
Exceptions / non-returnable items
 
Certain Reason(s) of refund & Return may not be accepted. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or promotional prize.
