Conditions of return
We insist that all items are returned to us at customers expense in an original, resalable condition in order for us to process refunds or exchanges. We will charge 20% re-stocking fees and also deduct the initial postage cost which we incurred.
Faulty/Damaged items please send us photos and a video so we can confirm if it is faulty or not and can offer a replacement or refund depending on the issue.
