If goods are not picked up within four days we are legally entitled to charge storage. Goods deemed''new'' have normal 1 yr. warranty period, and our special TV''s for RV''s -2yrs. warranty. Secondhand goods , are sold ''as is where is''.

Refunds only issued if the product is returned to us in its original condition with all packaging and manuals included. Refunds only be processed once we have received the product.
