30-Day Money Back Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days for a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Conditions for Change of Mind Purchases:

The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition.

• A 20% restocking fee may apply if the item is not returned in its original packaging/condition.
• Return shipping costs are not covered by us for change of mind purchases.
• A shipping and handling fee will be deducted based on the item's weight for all change of mind returns.

Faulty Items:

• Contact us within 30 days if you receive a faulty item.
• We will cover the return postage for faulty items returned within 30 days of purchase. Please make sure to contact us within 30 days if you have a faulty item and we will cover the return postage where necessary; we do not cover this outside 30 days of purchase.
