South Pacific Timber reserve the right to refuse returns if the goods are deemed to have been damaged after they left the yard or where the buyer has failed to read the listing description correctly. All returns will be assessed on a case by case basis. As per our terms of trade a 25% restocking fee can be charged if applicable.
