Returns
Spool Imports is proud to offer quality high performance engine components. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of any product, when you received it, we will gladly exchange it or refund you in full.
You MUST inspect the products when you receive them. This includes checking they are the correct part for your engine. That may include measuring items to ensure they will fit correctly. All parts should be installed by a competent person who is able to take responsibility for the correct installation of the parts.
We cannot accept returns for any items that have been installed whether they have been used or not.
We sell high performance engine parts for use in extreme conditions. The performance of these parts are greatly influenced by the quality of the assembly, the tuning of the engine and the way in which the engine is used and maintained. As such, we cannot be held liable for any damage or failure of any part we supply or any other part of the vehicle.
There is no warranty, implied or explicit, on any parts once they are installed.

Change of Mind Returns Policy
Any rights you have under this policy in relation to your Spool Imports product are additional to any rights you may have under consumer laws.
If you change your mind about your online purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund to the value of the purchased goods. Provided they are not custom items commissioned specially for you.
Goods purchased via TradeMe online must be returned in unused/ uninstalled condition, in original undamaged packaging with proof of purchase within 60 days of the purchase date. You will need to return the product to us by post or courier. Please feel free to contact us for assistance with returns.
We will provide a refund for a product purchased online in the same form as your original payment. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your refund.
We do not cover the cost of delivery back to our warehouse. We will not refund the original delivery charges for a change-of-mind return. It is your responsibility to return the item to us in a safe way. We are not responsible for items being returned to us which are lost or damaged in transit.
