Refunds –
If you change your mind and decide the product doesn’t suit, we will accept these back as long we are notified within 7 days of delivery. These must be returned unopened and undamaged. Freight is the responsibility of the customer, and refunds will be process within 2 weeks of receiving them. The refund will be the full purchase price, excluding the original freight and the Trademe success fee. E-mail us for further details
Faulty product –
If the product is faulty, you must make contact with us within 7 days of delivery, and provide photo evidence and a description of the fault. We will determine what the remedy will be, which could be replacement (depending on stock availability) or a full or partial refund
Warranty –
All products have a 3 month warranty against manufacturing defects. This excludes normal wear and tear, incorrect installation, and/or not using them for the purpose they were designed for.
