If you want to request return, please contact us within 30 days upon receipt.
Please be advised that products that have been opened or used will not be accepted for return and all returned items should be put in their original undamaged box/container.
Please check your fragrance or home scent orders carefully, as fragrances and home scents can not be returned under any circumstances due to international aviation restrictions.
